Sugar Mill Diagnostic Imaging (SMDI) is located on US 19 just south of the Sugarmill Woods  residential community. The location is an easy drive for both Citrus and Hernando County residents. SMDI is independently owned and operated by a local board certified radiologist. Fees for service are billed globally (no separate radiologist reading fee) and we accept Medicare and most all insurances.

The focus is on quality and comfort. SMDI is dedicated to providing you and your physician the most accurate diagnostic information while ensuring you the best possible exam experience. We successfully combine first-class technology with highly trained board-certified radiologists and staff to give patients the highest level of medical care. As well, we utilize PACS technology to give physicians and assistants access to images and reports through their computers anywhere in the world!
